In this role you will lead the end‐to‐end management of insurance advisory and the due diligence process for both products and providers, ensuring that all activities are efficient, effective and compliant with regulatory and internal standards. Job Summary The role is responsible for the end‐to‐end management of insurance advisory and the due diligence process for both products and providers, involving oversight and close collaboration with stakeholders to implement the insurance product and provider due diligence process. Ideal candidates possess expert‐level knowledge of the insurance business, deep understanding of insurance advisory, and strong project management skills. They demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards in due diligence and governance, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage the end‐to‐end due diligence process for insurance providers and products. Conduct comprehensive product due diligence to maintain a competitive offering of top‐tier insurance products. Oversee insurance advisory activities, including publications for frontline staff and clients, and coordinate Learning & Development initiatives. Collaborate with country and group‐level stakeholders to implement and enhance the advisory and due diligence process. Continuously enhance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness while strengthening the governance framework. Lead and manage projects related to insurance advisory, provider and product due diligence, ensuring timely and successful completion. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Oversee all insurance advisory‐related tasks, including publications and processes. Develop and disseminate client‐facing publications to raise awareness about insurance. Implement the Insurance Advisory Framework and embed it within the client journey. Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives to enhance employee knowledge and skills. Assist in designing and overseeing the due diligence process for providers and brokers. Perform due diligence on new and existing providers and brokers, recommending approval as appropriate. Maintain relationships with providers and brokers across the franchise. Conduct thorough due diligence on new and existing insurance products, ensuring alignment with client‐first principles. Support product development and approvals, liaising with Group Risk, Compliance and Banca Life Insurance teams. Identify product gaps and maintain product inventory across markets. Oversee reporting of insurance metrics on products. Continuously improve current processes and standards. Maintain and update the Group Bancassurance Manual and related guides. Identify deviations from approved processes and ensure remediation. Support rollout of ERMF and related agendas. Support digital strategy for launching insurance online as Product Owner. Embed Group Conduct Management Framework across global and country teams. Support audit readiness and maintain high ratings for Bancassurance audits. Other Responsibilities Track record of implementing product variants and innovative customer offerings. Manage complex projects and third‐party relationships. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and inter‐personal skills. Lead change initiatives and cultivate a team spirit. Possess extensive knowledge of insurance products and services. Show strong analytical mind and business planning capability. Ideal Candidate 8+ years of experience in the insurance domain. Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business/Commerce preferred. Industry‐recognised certifications, including statutory or regulatory insurance certification. Strong analytical mind and excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive self‐starter, comfortable operating independently. Ability to lead projects on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
