Roles & Responsibilities Location: Somerset Imaging Centre Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Centre Manager Job Summary: Somerset Imaging Centre is currently seeking a dependable and proactive Medical Dispatcher to support the daily operations of our busy diagnostic clinic. This role requires candidates to have their own motorbike , a valid motorbike and car driving licence , and the flexibility to assist with both document delivery and patient transport when needed. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of medical materials and, occasionally, patients between our clinics or partner facilities. This is an ideal role for someone who values responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver medical documents, imaging reports, and clinical materials between clinics, hospitals, and partner practices. Occasionally transport patients between Somerset Imaging Centre locations (using a clinic-provided vehicle). Handle all materials and interactions with a high level of confidentiality and care. Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and basic checks of the clinic vehicle when in use. Communicate effectively with clinic staff to coordinate dispatch priorities. Maintain a clear and accurate record of deliveries, collections, and mileage. Represent the clinic professionally at all times when dealing with patients and external organisations. Requirements: Must own a reliable motorbike. Singaporean or Singapore PR. Valid Singapore driving licence for both motorbike and car . Good knowledge of Somerset and surrounding areas. Professional, reliable, and well-organised. Able to handle confidential materials with discretion. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of road safety and vehicle care.
