We are looking to hire a locum staff nurse to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations
Mon to Fri office hours, 2-5 days per week
Perform home visits to chronically ill/palliative patients who are being referred
Conduct nursing assessments on patients
Coordinate with doctors for medical assessments and follow-up visits
Monitor current medication and compliance as prescribed by the doctor
Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheters, insertion of naso-gastric tubes, and care of tubings as required
Initiate nursing care plans and implement new management measures
Educate caregivers/families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuity of care at home
Job Requirements:
Prior homecare/private nurse experience
