Finance Director Fintech up to 225,000 Singapore Dollars plus bonus plus LTIP Singapore. My client is a very successful Fintech with extensive operations in Asia but headquartered in London. The business has to date outsourced the finance function, but it is now at a point where it will give many advantages to bringing the function in house.
Responsibilities- The candidate will oversee all current and future FD financial operations, management reporting, and audit management. They will work to ensure a seamless link with the CTO and future executives and team members building the business.
- The new FD will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure financial stability and strategic growth is achieved.
- The new FD will assist with creating a DD room and providing company financial information for any current and future capital raise.
- The new FD will manage Investor Relations and reporting for funding partners.
- Initially we see this as a self-starting role but the candidate will need to build an appropriate team over time.
Candidates from a tech background would be preferred and certainly financial services would be an advantage. We are looking for an ACA who has vision and enterprise and can bring a wide range of skills to the table, which will include business partnering, tender proposals, financial reporting, capital markets. We are looking for someone who can create reporting from scratch and know what an executive team needs to see to be able to make informed decisions.
