Secured investment from U.S.-listed company and are embarking on an exciting global expansion journey. Our client's soon-to-launch product is an AI-powered design platform, positioned as an innovative alternative to cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Offer a remote-friendly work environment with core hours from SGT 9 AM to 6 PM—though we emphasize outcome over output. Our culture is built on trust and flexibility, focusing on what you achieve rather than micromanaging when or how you work.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality product interfaces by collaborating closely with designers to efficiently translate design mockups into code. Proactively consider component reusability and engineering costs—for example: Should this feature be encapsulated as a common component? Are the pixel-level details worth the extra effort?
Tackle challenging technical problems by identifying and resolving complex frontend issues, such as optimizing the scroll performance of million-cell-level tables or ensuring the reusability of complex components across multiple scenarios. Flexibly leverage mature or emerging tools to enhance the development experience.
Independently own feature delivery by utilizing existing design systems or quickly sketching simple prototypes when design resources are limited, enabling efficient development and validation of experimental features.
Continuously improve code quality through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and ongoing learning to enhance code maintainability, keep the codebase clean, and boost team development efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of development experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, etc.).
Ability to balance design excellence with engineering costs, coupled with strong product thinking.
Passion for frontend technology, with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to solve problems independently.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, enabling effective work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Bonus Points
Experience using AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, fine-tuned models, or LLM-based applications).
2+ years of backend development experience.
Contributions to open-source projects.
