Overview Our client is a fast-growing Digital Assets business with a strong backing. As part of their expansion in Singapore, they are looking for individuals with a strong track record in Private Capital Sales to join them. Responsibilities Build relationships to identify and evaluate private capital market opportunities and generate client leads Foster relationships with qualified investors committed to invest in early-stage to pre-IPO companies in the region. Support and advise early-stage businesses in their pursuit to raise capital Work with management and colleagues in achieving set business and financial goals. Take responsibility for creating marketing memorandums to introduce companies to prospective qualified investors in the region. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Qualifications A relevant degree and at least 6+ years in a Private capital market space Experience in raising private capital markets either from buy-side or sell-side esp. with expertise in equity capital markets, structured share financing and M&A Experience in dealing with corporates to build innovative capital raising solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills A good market network to VCs, family offices and related across the region or beyond How to apply Please email your CV directly in Word format to .
