About the role

In this role, you will need creative vision, collaboration skills, and the ability to understand and work with varied stakeholders while always focusing on the big picture. As the Beauty Editor, you will own the Editorial and Content strategy for the brand, leading innovative and best-in-class content strategy efforts. Working closely with internal cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies, you will identify content trends and drive adoption among Indian creators. Your responsibilities will include executing editorial planning and publishing strategies, delivering community engagement, and bringing go-to-market plans for short content across various channels to life. You will also explore bold ways to activate influencers and events on social platforms, understanding content needs and optimal asset placement.

What you will be doing

  • Leading and managing a social team across the region
  • Driving content innovation and brand narratives
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners for content ideas and Shorts adoption
  • Executing go-to-market plans and campaigns
  • Aligning strategy and content plans with stakeholders
  • Leading influencer content planning and asset production
  • Setting KPIs, objectives, and measurement reporting

What you need to be great in this role

  • Minimum 6 years in content management and strategy, with a strong digital background
  • Experience managing teams of at least 4 people
  • Innovative, creative, detail-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, organization, and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to manage people, workflow, and prioritize workloads
  • Passionate creator with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and open-minded team player
  • Effective communicator at all business levels
