Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple print production projects across business units, from briefing to delivery
• Translate creative concepts into practical, production-ready solutions while maintaining brand integrity
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure high-quality output within budget and timeline
• Conduct press checks, material reviews, and quality control for all printed assets
• Collaborate with the Brand, Creative, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment on design specifications and brand standards
• Recommend innovative print solutions, materials, and finishes to enhance the guest and brand experience
• Provide guidance and support on production processes and best practices
• Track and report on production schedules, costs, and vendor performance

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma/Degree in Print/Graphic Production, Marketing, Design, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in print production or related field, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or agency environments
• Strong knowledge of print processes, paper stocks, finishes, and production technologies
• Proven experience managing large-scale print projects and working with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Other Prerequisites

• You have a deep understanding of the print production process, from concept to delivery, with proven ability to strategically manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
• You are adept at analysing production workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements.
• You have obsessive attention to detail in execution and quality control, ensuring consistency across high-volume, high-value projects.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment — able to quickly assess challenges, troubleshoot, and keep multiple projects moving without compromising quality.
• You have demonstrated leadership in guiding junior team members and aligning cross-functional teams towards shared production goals.
• You have a solutions-focused mindset, anticipating potential issues before they arise.
• You have strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain productive long-term partnerships.
