Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Collaborations Liaison

Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic partnerships with academic stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration by formulating strategies and frameworks for joint programmes and initiatives. Coordinate joint appointments for academics and healthcare professionals, working closely with relevant stakeholders. Plan, execute, and assess the effectiveness of collaboration and engagement sessions among stakeholders. Act as secretariat for steering committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute writing, and action follow-up. Monitor the progress of sub-committees and specific domains to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, Arts, or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous approach to tasks. Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
