Job Responsibilities
Utilize quantitative and modeling analysis methods to analyze and optimize game-related products, providing data interpretation and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and help develop actionable strategies
Participate in A/B test design and analysis, user behavior tracking and retention analysis, as well as marketing campaign performance evaluation, offering systematic data capabilities and in-depth analytical insights
Continuously explore the application of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms (e.g., recommendation systems, graph neural networks, reinforcement learning, etc.) in gaming scenarios such as recommendation, social features, and matchmaking system optimization
Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. student in data mining, information retrieval, recommendation systems, or related field
Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, and shell scripting; expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other common neural network frameworks; solid understanding of commonly used machine learning methods
Sensitive to core performance metrics, with great communication and teamwork skills; high sense of responsibility, and ability to proactively drive project execution
Passionate about games and fluency in Chinese as working partners and stakeholders are from China
Candidates with publications in top conferences (e.g., ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, AAAI, NeurIPS, KDD, IJCAI, SIGIR) or with relevant competition experience are preferred
