Key Responsibilities: Equipment & Tool Maintenance Carry out regular checks and basic servicing on tools, equipment, and fittings used in construction and facility operations. This includes ensuring power tools, extension units, lighting, fittings, and other general-use equipment are safe and operational before deployment to site or use in the workshop. Workshop Support Maintain equipment register and track usage, servicing schedule, and downtime records. Support internal repair tasks involving electrical testing, cable replacement, and fixture installations. Maintain spare parts inventory, reorder alerts, and ensure workshop tools are in working condition. General Site Support Assist site teams with basic setup and logistical support, such as arranging site facilities, laying out temporary work areas, moving tools or materials, and setting up signage or barriers. Respond to minor maintenance issues reported on site (e.g., loose fixtures, small leaks, damaged fittings), escalating technical faults where necessary. Support safe work practices by ensuring proper use of tools, clean working environments, and orderly storage of site equipment. Documentation & Safety Maintain simple records of maintenance tasks performed, fault reports, and follow-up actions. Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner, following company safety guidelines and site protocols. Participate in toolbox meetings or safety briefings related to ongoing maintenance activities or general site safety practices.
