Junior Product Designer

What Youll Do Design Research & Concept Development: Assist with researching trends, customer preferences, materials, and techniques across industries to inform design direction. Contribute to the development of mood boards, design decks, and seasonal concept presentations. Support the Creative Director and Product Design team by sketching and proposing jewelry concepts aligned with the brand’s vision and assortment plan. Technical Design & CAD Support: Learn and apply CAD tools (e.g. Rhino, ZBrush) to translate sketches into 3D models and technical drawings. Assist in preparing tech packs and design specifications for sampling and production. Provide support in the creation of prototypes, including working with 3D printing processes. Collaboration & Iteration: Work closely with the Product Design and Product Development team to refine designs during sampling stages. Incorporate feedback into revisions of sketches, 3D models, and technical documentation. Participate in cross-functional meetings, offering input from a design perspective. Project Support & Administration: Help maintain organized design records, references, and material libraries. Assist in compiling decks, reports, and design documentation for internal use. Support the design team in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Who You Are A graduate of a product design or industrial design course, and experience in a product design or jewelry design role, is preferred. Foundational knowledge of jewelry design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with jewelry CAD software and 3D prototyping - Rhino and ZBrush preferred. Strong sketching and visualization skills, with attention to detail and creativity. Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining design quality. A collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and growing in jewelry design.
