Part‐Time Lecturer for DF2001 Film Editing School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore invites qualified candidates to apply to teach an undergraduate core course commencing in January 2026. The 13‐week film course introduces students to the elements of editing, using theoretical analysis and hands‐on experience to convey meaning and narrative through film. Responsibilities Teach DF2001 Film Editing, a 13‐week undergraduate core course. Oversee the audio aspects of students' digital filmmaking projects from initial concept to final sound mix. Guide students in exploring audio possibilities across traditional scripted filmmaking, serialized content, non‐scripted content and short‐format videos. Qualifications Relevant Master's and/or PhD in audio or a related field with a track record of creative practice in film production. Past teaching experience at undergraduate level preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Film Production or related field and sufficient industry experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
