About the Role
Are you experienced in operations and seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are hiring anOperations Project Officer / Senior Officerto support operations project initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders to drive process improvements, system testing, and error investigations to enhance operational efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all the Operations project requirements analysis and proposing including the business and the system optimization, transformation or new construction, etc.
Responsible for organizing and doing all the testings in Operations and being the contact person to Head Office and IT Dept.
Work with the BAU staff to know the daily business and system procedure.
Responsible for investigating with BAU staff for all the system error occurred during daily operations
Being familiar with global and local clearing systems i.e. SWIFT and MEPS+.
To be the back up of BAU.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operation Head, Deputy Head or Assistant Chief.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or higher qualification and has at least 3-year experience in Operations BAU.
Good experience in Operations projects and Testings.
Being familiar with global and local clearing systems, i.e. SWIFT and MEPS+.
Good understandings and knowledge in various Operations BAU i.e. Treasury Settlement, Loan.
Must be meticulous, careful, positive and full of sense of responsibility.
Mature with strong logical thinking and good communication skills. Must be able to work independently.
