Define the future design of the organization, which may include onboarding external logistics partners and deploying shared service center organization in low-cost countries. Deploy globally Grundfos group standards and regularly update them.
Collaborate closely with Performance Unit colleagues, Group functions, and directly with Customers. Understand different Customer needs and translate them into execution with the freight forwarders. Implement existing services or design new services to meet Customer requirements. Be a key member in the deployment of the order-to-cash initiative over a defined supply chain strategy.
