Job Highlights Training opportunities Off on Public Holidays Responsibilities Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk–ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions, and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets Qualifications GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry 5 days' work week (Including both weekends)Bilingual proficiency to liaise with Chinese speakers Experience with CRM, in sales, and customer service Passion for sales and eagerness to learn. Motivated to achieve and surpass enrollment targets Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality, skilled at engaging diverse customers Background in sales, marketing, or related fields will be advantageous Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Candidate must be able to work double weekends (both Saturday & Sunday).
