RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s a bit about the kind of team members we are looking for:
Achieve individual and/or shared sales target assigned.
Build rapport and customer loyalty.
Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs.
Respond positively to customer complaints.
Uses in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
Keeping abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times.
Operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.
Replenish merchandise, conduct stock checks and manage fitting room or stock room.
Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedures, and policy.
Assist to coach and guide Retail Associates and new team members.
In some cases, assist in running of a store as deputy Store-in-Charge (SIC).
Assist to handle more complex retail operation tasks assigned by Superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional background/Experience:
Functional: 2-3 years experience in Retail/Sales
