Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with global teams and clients. Self-Management: The ability to work independently on client sites, manage your own workload, and take full accountability for the accuracy and reliability of your work is crucial. Project Methodologies: Experience with Project and/or IT Service Management methodologies (ITIL) is preferred. Scripting: Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or VBScript) for automation tasks is a plus.
