Working knowledge in Technomatic Process Simulate, Teamcenter, MS Office applications.
Working knowledge of GA Shop processes, Equipment & material handling systems.
Basic knowledge of PLM Structures, Methodology & interface with manufacturing.
Good understanding of the GVDP, GLP, Quality Chain, DFMEA-PFMEA.
Good knowledge on Project Management methodologies.
Sound knowledge of OpEx tools, Six sigma and Red X methodologies.
Sound knowledge on GM-GMS Principles and Workplace safety systems.
Skills:
Experienced in working with multiple interfaces to deliver the results.
Basic Data analysis and research to implement process improvement opportunities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good Problem solving & analytical skills.
Basic coding skills on process automation and business intelligence tools (C/C++, Java, VB script, Python, Power BI etc.).
Abilities:
Work with intercultural & multi-disciplinary teams to achieve enterprise goals.
Handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Good work ethic and strong sense of ownership of end result.
High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering discipline.
