ONE Career Development Program (ONE CDP) was conceptualized to bring talents onto ONE as Liner Business Generalists, who will be developed to learn the intricacies of the business through job rotation among different departments and offices globally. Successful candidates are required to be functionally and geographically mobile. As part of ONE CDP Singapore, we are hiring a Senior Executive for Business Planning, who will then be further rotated. Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate management meetings, including preparation of materials, documentation and manage decision making policies and governance. Prepare and post manual journal entries accurately for assigned items during monthly closing. Liaise with internal IT departments to resolve system issues, coordinate enhancements, and streamline workflows. Analyze monthly closing results, share findings with relevant stakeholders and provide actionable insights. Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets for assigned items through collaboration with related parties. Assist with ad-hoc requests from management as required. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting or any relevant discipline. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or corporate policy management. Basic accounting knowledge. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
