Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are currently seeking for Project Manager to be part of team. Our client is currently seeking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee the safety and timely delivery of large scale industrial or treatment process plant projects. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with qualifications recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or be accredited as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM). JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)Lead the planning, execution, and completion of water treatment plant projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM). Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
