As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.

Responsibilities include:
Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
React to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.
Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company processes, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.
Conduct building walkthroughs, meter readings from UPS, PDU's, and utilities.
Provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects.
Follow all safety processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Conduct routine quality checks.
Complete all required training to ensure job responsibilities are met.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under supervision.
Qualifications:
Training in a technical discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must meet physical requirements of the role.
Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills for calculating figures like percentages and discounts.
