Job Title: Operational Management
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Operational Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in resolving issues promptly between vendors, clients, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include managing IHM queries, boarding vessels for BQS jobs if necessary, preparation/generation of IHM reports as required by specific classification society, coordinating global water-related projects (D2), managing/coordinating all asbestos removal jobs, spearheading quality assurance initiatives resulting in compliance with industry standards and successful audit outcomes.
  • Manage the procurement of equipment for water-related projects ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies based on client feedback contributing to enhancement of service delivery and operational processes.
  • To work closely with the Director to explore new ideas and concepts for process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma and Degree in Marine related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Field.
  • Ability to go onboard ship.
  • Detailed Orientated.
  • Good with numbers.

Carry out periodic overseas audits on vendors and inhouse surveyors. Preparation of overseas audit reports for both inhouse use and sales use.
