In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Advocacy & Marketing Communications to drive the association's brand image, digital presence, and engagement strategies of SACEOS, ensuring consistent and impactful communication with its stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conceptualise and create visually appealing marketing collaterals, such as EDM/social banners, brochures, presentations and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with SACEOS' brand guidelines. Curate compelling and engaging marketing copy for SACEOS website, EDMs, Linkedin and other marketing collaterals. Edit and produce engaging video content to showcase SACEOS' events, activities, and industry insights. Provide marketing support for SACEOS activities, including website updates, content creation, social media engagement, and online advertising campaigns. Prepare and disseminate Weekly EDM to database. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate key messages and objectives. Any other ad doc duties assigned. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in related fields. But fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Show initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline. Strong content writing, design and video editing skills. Familiar with the applications of a variety of designing tools/platforms (e.g. Canva) and social media channels (e.g. Linkedin)Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
