Overview
We are looking for a skilled
AIOps Engineer
with proven experience in the
implementation and configuration of Moogsoft
and other
observability tools . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying AIOps solutions to enhance incident detection, correlation, and automation in complex IT environments.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
implementation and configuration
of
Moogsoft AIOps platform .
Integrate Moogsoft with multiple monitoring tools, event sources, and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Set up event ingestion pipelines, correlation policies, noise reduction rules, and alert deduplication.
Customize Moogsoft workflows, dashboards, and situation rooms to meet operational requirements.
Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to define AIOps use cases.
Optimize the observability ecosystem by integrating with tools like
Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace , etc.
Perform health checks, troubleshooting, and upgrades of the AIOps platform.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Min 5 years hands-on experience with Moogsoft
–
implementation, configuration, and integration.
In-depth understanding of AIOps concepts: event correlation, noise reduction, RCA, anomaly detection.
Experience integrating monitoring and logging tools with Moogsoft (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Datadog, Splunk).
Scripting experience in
Python, Shell, or Groovy
for automation and customization.
Familiarity with
ITSM platforms
like
ServiceNow , including ticketing automation and CMDB integration.
Experience working in
cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to other AIOps platforms (e.g., BigPanda, OpsRamp, LogicMonitor).
Moogsoft certification (nice to have).
Understanding of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and their monitoring needs.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
