The Role We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer with a strong creative eye and a passion for cinematic storytelling. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creator, proficient in all aspects of video production, from conceptualization and shooting to editing and color grading. You will be responsible for bringing our creative visions to life, producing high-quality video content for a diverse range of projects, including commercials, branded content, social media campaigns, and internal projects. Key Responsibilities Filming: Operate a range of professional camera equipment (e.g., Sony FX series, RED, Blackmagic) to capture high-quality footage on location and in-studio. Lighting & Composition: Design and execute creative lighting setups that enhance the mood and narrative of a scene. Demonstrate a strong understanding of framing, composition, and camera movement. Audio: Ensure the capture of clean, high-quality audio through proper microphone selection and placement. Pre-Production: Collaborate with the creative team on storyboarding, shot listing, and developing the visual style for each project. Post-Production: Edit footage to create compelling narratives, applying color correction, grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics to deliver a polished final product. Gear Management: Maintain, organize, and manage all in-house camera, lighting, and sound equipment. Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, art directors, and other team members to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision and project goals. Who You Are You have 3+ years of professional experience as a Videographer, Director of Photography, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (please include a link to your showreel). You possess a deep technical understanding of camera systems, lenses, lighting techniques, and audio recording. You are highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a major plus. You have a keen eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling. You are a proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing conditions on set. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment and can communicate your ideas effectively. You have your finger on the pulse of current trends in filmmaking, social media, and visual arts. Bonus Points Skills in 3D, animation, or advanced motion graphics.
