Your Responsibilities Teaching & Learning Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons based on IEP/ITP goals Track and report on student progress and developmental milestones Lead daily classroom routines, ADL/life skills training, and co-curricular activities (CCA)Apply positive behavioural strategies to support students' emotional and social growth Team Collaboration Guide and support Teacher Assistants, Class Wardens, and new teachers Work closely with parents/caregivers, therapists, and school teams Help plan and run school-wide events and class-based activities Beyond the Classroom Attend training and workshops to grow professionally Contribute innovative ideas and best practices with your team Maintain classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean learning space What You Bring Min. Diploma in Special Needs Experience in interacting with and/or working with individuals with moderate to severe autism in SPED school classroom settings At least 2 years of experience in education or working with persons with disabilities Strong communication and classroom management skills A heart for service, and a drive to go the extra mile Location: Serangoon or Bedok Working Day: Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm (MOE curriculumn)PASSION?*Send your resume in PDF/MS Word format to .
