Are you a skilled engineer looking for a challenging role in product development?
We are seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to join our team. As a key liaison between design teams and manufacturing units, you will be responsible for ensuring successful product launch and production ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive product development forward
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and product BOMs
  • Conduct product validation tests, failure analysis, and implement design or process improvements
  • Provide technical support for new product introduction (NPI)
  • Work with suppliers on component selection, quality issues, and alternate sourcing options
  • Prepare product-related documentation
  • Support cost reduction initiatives, design for manufacturability (DFM), and value engineering activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines
  • At least 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
  • Hands-on experience with product validation, testing, or manufacturing support
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and problem-solving methodologies
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
