Job Duties: Program Coordination: Support the Asia Pacific Program Management Lead in the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding Event Support: Help plan, organise, and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement. Assist with drafting and distributing program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams. Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics for review by the Program Management Lead. Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and participant needs are met. Support employer branding efforts, including social media posts, campus engagement activities, and internal communications to promote the programs. Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
