We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of marine cables and related components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, safety compliance, and timely dispatch of goods. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching marine cables, drums, and accessories. Supervise a team of warehouse staff and forklift operators, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts. Ensure proper handling and storage of marine cables to prevent damage, including drum stacking, cable coiling, and moisture protection. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and project timelines. Operate company vehicles for deliveries when required, ensuring safe and professional transport of goods. Implement best practices for space optimization, cable traceability, and FIFO/LIFO inventory methods. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with industry‑specific safety standards. Prepare reports on stock levels, warehouse performance, and operational KPIs. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the marine cable, electrical, or heavy industrial sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with handling large heavy goods and lifting equipment. Knowledge of ISO standards, workplace safety, and logistics regulations. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
