Customer Success Manager X0 PA AI is an Artificial Intelligence Software as a Service (Saa S) start-up that aims to digitally transform the hiring process. We aim to save companies significant time and cost in hiring while achieving the highest level of objectivity, ultimately enhancing retention, loyalty and person to job and organization fit. Through our AI and Machine Learning capabilities, we are able to source, score and rank talent to identify the best talent for each organisation. Brief overview of the role: As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor, managing all aspects of the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful deployment of X0 PA AI’s platform and products while driving customer satisfaction and happiness. You will also manage the alignment of customers’ long-term goals with X0 PA AI’s products and services. If you are highly driven, looking to accelerate your career and grow in a high performing start-up environment, WE WANT YOU Key Responsibilities: Managing the entire customer lifecycle (from deployment to product adoption) Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders Closely manage and nurture accounts Propose development strategies for customers’ expanded usage of solutions Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value Minimize customer churn Conduct on-boarding and product demonstrations for new and existing customers Analyze customer account trends and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are addressed Monthly reports to highlight customer successes and proposed recommendations What we offer?
