Roles & Responsibilities butter tgt is a cafe offering bakes, sandwiches, and specialty coffee. We are looking for a passionate barista/service crew to grow with our small and cosy team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers, set and clear tables when necessary Take orders and provide recommendations Prepare espresso based and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes Heating and serving of pastries and bakes Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations General cleaning at end of day QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience as a barista or service crew Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays, for an extended period of time.
