Roles & Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests from arrival to departure. Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm, a welcoming smile, and confident body language. Manage reservations efficiently and understand the purpose of visit to tailor the experience. Present menus clearly and confidently promote daily specials, featured items, and ongoing promotions. Offer personalized recommendations and proactively upsell food and beverage options. Accurately take and repeat guest orders, communicating estimated service times. Input orders quickly and correctly into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation and accuracy meet brand standards. Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean, inviting dining environment. Process payments smoothly and issue bills with professionalism and care. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the outlet. Support the management team in organizing and executing special events. Monitor stock levels and assist with accurate inventory checks. Comply with all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently. Handle guest concerns with empathy and escalate to the duty manager when necessary for service recovery.
