APM solutions expertise and a seasoned observability/tools/APM SME with full stack monitoring expertise (build/deploy/operate) Extensive hands‑on experience in the configuration and customization of AppDynamics solution Hands‑on implementation experience in AppDynamics On‑Premise and SaaS based solutions Ability to manage and deliver complete AppDynamics deployments in complex environments in quick timelines Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in AppDynamics deployments ensuring end‑to‑end tool functionality Solid troubleshooting skills related to AppDynamics tool as well as related integrations. Ability to create custom dashboards from the AppDynamics tool based on requirements Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as‑required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner Hands‑on experience of integrating AppDynamics with various tools like Splunk, Service Now etc. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and awareness of application performance issues in complex multi‑tiered environment Ability to do requirement gathering and target environment analysis from an APM perspective Strong knowledge of APM KPIs and reporting Ability to cross‑train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best‑practices Day‑to‑day ownership of AppDynamics solution health/availability Ability to work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort Coordinate with various project stakeholders and partner support teams to ensure seamless tool deployment Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Good to have; experience in other monitoring solutions like Splunk, Broadcom NetOps/UIM, Grafana/Prometheus.
