Description Job Responsibilities To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services; To operate Building Systems and record their performance data; To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and perform repair works as assigned; To attend to In-house/Customers’ requests diligently; To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabout and assist to monitor performance of appointed contractors; To assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the Buildings; Good Hand-on/Handyman skills; To be part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT); Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned Job Requirements Possess minimum NITEC/NTC certificate in Building Services or M&E engineering or equivalent; Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building facilities and/or places of Warehouses and/or central kitchen; Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions; Computer-literate and adaptable to new technologies, with hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), ACMV, chilled water systems, compressed air systems, food digestor systems, hot water systems, and cold room systems; Willing to work shifts and weekends/Public Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
