Overview At Hitec Repair we serve Singapore residents for 13 years with a wide range of repair services – iPhone, Android phone, Macbook and Windows Laptop LCD replacement, motherboard repair, screen replacement services and more. Founded in 2008 as a one‐man shop, Hitec Repair has grown into one of Singapore's largest source providers of new or refurbished mobile phone and laptop with two shops located in S'pore. Responsibilities Provide support, troubleshooting and maintenance on mobile phones. Preferable experience in troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android phone. Training will be provided for the selected candidate with some experience. Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new phone applications. Serve customers with good communication skills and a keen desire to learn. Ideal Skills & Requirements Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of hands‐on and working experience in a similar capacity. Must have the following skills: Samsung phone hardware and software troubleshooting; iPhone hardware assembling and disassembling, testing and diagnostic software. Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English‐speaking customers. Preferably with customer service experience to service customers with products / services. 51⁄2‐day work week, 11am – 8pm. Experience in some basic motherboard soldering would be advantageous. Benefits Annual leave up to 10 days. Health insurance. Medical leave up to 14 days. Supplemental Pay: Commission and incentive. 13th month bonus will be paid after 1 year completion of work.
