RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain all building facilities and assets, ensuring efficient daily operations. Assist in planning and implementing building maintenance programs. Perform routine checks and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance regime are carried out according to authorities’ legislations, industry standards and company policies. Plan and oversee maintenance contracts by liaising with external contractors and vendors (e.g., cleaning services, air-conditioning maintenance, pest control service, landscaping, etc.). Prepare or oversee the preparation of report related to areas of responsibility. Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation, equipment inventory and warranty list. Troubleshoot / rectify all technical / operational issues quickly to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Ensure fire safety and workplace safety compliance.
