Overview
Supervisor, Visitor / Customer Service | Up to $2750. 1-Year Renewable Contract + Completion Bonus*
Nearest MRT: City Hall. Rostered 5 days between Mondays to Sundays; 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. Gross Up To $2750.
Our client is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world's largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art.
Responsibilities
Monitor productivity, provide feedback, and coach employees
Guide and train new staff
Handle complaints and resolve issues, manage feedback and service recovery
Assist and inform visitors, ensuring artwork safety
Process sales, manage ticketing, promote exhibitions, events, and tours
Maintain brochures, cleanliness, and daily sales reports
Stay updated on policies, payments, and security
Facilitate group visits and pre-print tickets
Qualifications
Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is preferred
Leadership qualities will be advantageous
Service-oriented and customer centricity
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and good teamwork
