Contract Duration: 6-months Location: Jurong East Salary: $3,300 per month (Fixed)My client is looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy individual to support a data integrity and system enhancement initiative within the Workday HR system . This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various employee information records. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation in Workday, focusing on employee information across multiple data fields, including educational qualifications, professional certifications, learning and development records, and other relevant data attributes. Verify employee information through direct engagement with staff to validate and update data, cross-referencing records with source documents to ensure accuracy, and identifying and resolving data gaps or discrepancies. Support process improvements and assist with ad-hoc administrative or data-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably involving HR systems or data management. Experience with Workday will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working across multiple IT platforms. Strong attention to detail, good analytical ability, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
