Here's What Your Week Might Look Like
Collaborate with team and product owners to understand business goals, redefine problem statements, and translate insights into tangible designs.
Navigate technical systems and legal restrictions of banking, working closely with product owners and tech teams.
Respect user privacy and create work you are proud of.
Express and defend your opinions, participate in user testing, and recognize when to adapt your ideas.
Communicate your ideas clearly to stakeholders and prepare data for meetings.
Engage in team activities like dinners, drinks, or Creative Day.
Desired Experience and Skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn challenges into opportunities.
Strong design sense with continuous improvement efforts.
5-8 years of experience in a corporate environment, understanding SME/Corporate industries.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Versatility in brainstorming and pixel-perfect tweaking before launch.
Prioritization skills to focus on impactful work.
Independent, growth-minded, and process-oriented.
Tenacity and challenge to the status quo.
Curiosity about industry and UX trends.
Confidence and clarity in communication.
Follow-through to ensure designs work post-launch and willingness to improve.
Passion for problem-solving and storytelling.
Mastery of design and presentation tools.
Experience leading workshops and conducting user research.
Active contribution to the UX community.
Interest in behavioral science and personal pet projects.
