Base pay range Job Descriptions: Manage the end-to‑end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks. Oversee onboarding activities by conducting orientations, explaining company policies, and ensuring smooth integration for new hires. Build and maintain the company's talent pipeline by understanding specific hiring needs and workforce requirements. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, such as health insurance and performance bonuses, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. Organize onboarding training as well as ongoing learning and professional development initiatives. Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance processes. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Administer performance management processes, provide feedback, and support the development of performance improvement plans. Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personal data, attendance, and benefits enrollment. Prepare HR reports and analytics, such as turnover statistics and recruitment performance metrics. Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide support. Update and maintain employee handbooks and company policy documents. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role. Hands‑on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Ability to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall company objectives. Skill in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. B3 in O Level Chinese, or equivalent, is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholders.
