We welcome global talent to join us in shaping the future. About the Job: Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and systems. Lead technical direction for ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex, high-impact problems. Adopt AI/ML model to provide feedback loop to MinerPlus system to improve mining farm operation efficiency. Contribute to the strategic vision for AI/ML within the organization. What you will be responsible for: Lead the development and deployment of complex ML models. Design scalable and robust ML infrastructure. Drive technical direction and best practices for ML. Mentor and guide other ML engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems with ML. Research and implement cutting-edge ML techniques. How you will stand out: Strong background in machine learning theory and practice. Extensive experience building and deploying ML models in production. Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
