Project Director - Construction Sector

As a seasoned Project Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of a project, ensuring its successful execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and Work Coordination: Manage and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation to guarantee the project stays on track.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of engineering personnel, defining their scope of work and driving results.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all project activities comply with contractual requirements, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Supplier and Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and clients to maintain effective communication channels.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management or superiors, including related tasks not mentioned above.

Requirements:

  • Education: Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized by the relevant authorities.
  • Experience: Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to HDB BTO and private residential, government, commercial, and building D&B projects.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, leadership abilities, and organizational capabilities.
  • Citizenship: Only Singaporean candidates need apply.
