Overview
This is a 1 year contract position.
As admin assistant providing administrative support needs of the ATV SPM organization in IFAP in:
secretarial tasks including daily administrative work supporting both management and team members
provide timely and effective travel arrangement
drive continuous improvement of general office/clean desk management
documentation of process/supply chain database and follow up on supply chain setup requests
ensure good functioning of facilities, office equipment and facilitation of new people onboarding
supporting setup of all hands meeting, workshops and team events.
Responsibilities
Secretarial tasks including daily administrative work supporting both management and team members
Provide timely and effective travel arrangements
Drive continuous improvement of general office/clean desk management
Document processes and the supply chain database and follow up on supply chain setup requests
Ensure good functioning of facilities and office equipment and facilitate onboarding of new people
Support setup of all-hands meetings, workshops and team events
Qualifications
Graduate with Diploma in Business Administration or certificate in general administration with 2 years working experience
Good command of English with an outspoken personality, systematic and good time planning
Good skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Aptitude to work autonomously within given boundaries and willingness to challenge where relevant
Ability to multitask and be timely
Experience or exposure to a diverse cultural working environment is an added advantage
