What you’ll be doing File and submit GIA Accident Reporting - including photo taking and archive in cloud folder. Prepare proper claim estimates for all the necessary repair to restore the vehicle condition as new. Prepare OD/TP claim documents and file claim with insurer. Handle and follow up the claim case with insurer and surveyor. Coordinate, handle and follow up with panel workshop on the repair work/claims. Coordinate between Aftersales workshop and Panel workshop on necessary repair works. Arrange for vehicle movements for the repair work if needed. Handle any customer enquiries and proactive update with customer on the timeline. Arrange and manage with leasing team to lease car for customer if required. Manage and archived the filing and administration of the accident reporting team. Support aftersales team on administrative matters and partner with service advisor. Manage daily service frontline operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers. Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions for customer. Coordinate among the various stakeholders within the group on vehicle repair claims or relevant matters. Set up proper claim and filing process on insurance claim department. Provide guidance and training to other relevant staff on insurance claim knowledge and handling process. Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors. What we’re looking for Minimun 2 years of relevant experience in automotive claims or aftersales. Strong understanding of electrical/electtonic systems, high-voltage safety, and EV techologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attenion to detail. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a face-paced environment. Committed to safety protocols and continuous improvement. Class 3 driving license in Singapore required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
