Senior Project Manager

The Chandler Institute of Governance is seeking a seasoned professional to manage government projects. The successful candidate will possess suitable qualifications and/or experience in public policy, project management, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships.
This role entails conducting environmental, institutional, and process analysis, preparing and delivering presentations and assessments, and working with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration.
A key aspect of the job is scoping and planning projects, which involves drafting or providing input on project scope, terms of reference, and deliverables, as well as designing project plans and activities.
The role also requires managing project resources and teams, guiding less experienced team members, anticipating and managing issues that occur during project delivery, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.
In addition, the successful candidate will engage in necessary work-related travel and maintain partnerships and networks with experts, contractors, and service providers to facilitate project work.
The ideal candidate will have graduate qualifications in a relevant area, at least 9 years' work experience in government and public policy, good understanding of government, public policy, and public service delivery, and native oral and written English proficiency.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a cross-border, multi-cultural team and adapt to different time zones and environments. Familiarity with working in countries other than Singapore is highly desirable.
