Job Title

A leadership position is available for a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the Nursing Department and ensure high standards of care, service quality, and efficiency.

  • Lead and manage the Nursing Department to achieve quality care, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team (nurses, care staff, therapists) and ensure compliance with relevant MOH, SNB, and AIC standards.
  • Oversee patient care, discharge planning, and smooth transition from acute to step-down care.
  • Provide clinical guidance, conduct training, audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Handle administrative duties, including duty rosters, leave management, and staff development.
  • Participate in projects, product evaluations, and nursing research where required.

Requirements

  • Valid SNB registration.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and clinical expertise.
  • Proficient in relevant clinical and administrative IT systems.
  • Senior role available for candidates with more extensive experience.
