Roles & Responsibilities At Dentalis, we're looking for a service-oriented professional to be the warm, welcoming face of our dental clinic. As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for every patient, helping create a smooth and exceptional experience from start to finish. Location & Work Hours Location: 52 Craig Rd, Singapore MRT: Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell / Outram Operating Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (5.5-day week) Key Responsibilities: Front desk Greet and manage patients' registration Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries Schedule and manage appointments Process patient billing, and CHAS, Medisave, insurance claims Dispense prescribed medications Clinic operation Keep the reception, pantry and toilets neat and welcoming Coordinate with dental laboratories on case logistics.
