We are hiring a Senior Associate Manufacturing in Singapore . What You Will Do This role is within the manufacturing organization of Amgen Singapore Manufacturing. The Senior Associate Manufacturing is a key role to support the manufacturing shift in successful execution. You will have broad exposure to key aspects of GMP manufacturing and work within a tactical and strategic extended manufacturing network. Provide technical expertise for upstream or downstream processes Change control ownership and Non-Conformance investigation ownership Troubleshooting of Non-Conformances and working with Quality, Facilities & Engineering (F&E), Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Process & Product Development (P&PD), Process & Product Engineering (P&PE) to address CAPAs Collaborate with subject matter experts from all departments during investigations and CAPA implementation Communicate complex technical information with internal and external colleagues at varying levels Coach, mentor and/or cross-train colleagues within core technical areas Extensive technical knowledge of upstream or downstream processing and related areas Design and execute technical studies with minimal guidance Organize, analyze, and interpret technical data through trend analysis, forecasting, modeling Present and write technical information clearly for diverse audiences Understand core functional business processes and their role in Amgen's commercialization program All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed essential; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications What we expect of you Master’s Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience directly related to the job OR Associate’s Degree and 4 years of experience directly related to the job OR High School Diploma / GED and 6 years of experience directly related to the job Knowledge of plant and unit operations (autoclave, parts washers, process equipment), strong problem-solving skills Commitment to cGMP and EH&S compliance in clean-room plant operations Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Excellent self-motivated team player with hands-on attitude and good communication skills Experience with Emerson DeltaV, LIMS, TrackWise Ability to understand and apply basic chemistry, biology and physical principles Willingness to work any shift in support of operations that may include 24/7Mechanical ability/expertise What You Can Expect From Us As we work to develop treatments that help patients, we also support teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
