In charge of month-end closing, mid-month closing and prepare supporting schedules according to timeline
Ensure compliance with prevailing statutory, financial, accounting and audit control procedures
Prepare quarterly GST returns
Prepare suppliers’ claims reconciliation and monthly accounts reconciliations
Review suppliers’ balance reconciliations
Process invoices, payments, refunds and receipts
Assist in other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
Knowledge of SAP B1 or SAP Accounting System will be an advantage
